The short version
This website does not set any cookies of its own. There are no login cookies, no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. If you allow it, the eKTextAI chat on our pages keeps an identifier in your browser’s storage. Two services from Google can store cookies when you choose to use them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are used to remember things between pages or visits, such as whether you are signed in or how you have used a site. Some services use similar browser storage for the same purpose, and this policy covers that too.

Your choice
The first time you visit, we ask whether you allow the eKTextAI chat and the WhatsApp button. Neither is loaded until you choose “Allow”, and neither is loaded at all if you choose “No thanks”. We keep your answer in your browser’s storage so that we do not ask on every page. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page.
Browser storage used by the eKTextAI chat
The chat button at the bottom of each page is eKTextAI, a MarvelSoft product. It is shown on tablets and computers, not on phones, and only after you allow it. It keeps a visitor identifier and a session identifier in your browser’s local storage. They let a conversation continue as you move from page to page and when you come back. They are not used for advertising. If you later choose “No thanks” in the cookie settings, we delete them from your browser.
Cookies set by other companies
Google reCAPTCHA
It loads when you start filling in the download form or an enquiry form. We use it to keep automated spam out of our forms. Google may set cookies and collect device information to tell people from bots.
YouTube
It loads when you press play on a video. We use it to show our training videos, through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may store information in your browser once the video plays.
Both services are provided by Google and are covered by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not control the cookies they set.
Links on this website lead to other services, such as the MarvelSoft eStore, Google Play, the App Store and WhatsApp. Those websites set their own cookies under their own policies once you are on them.
How to control cookies
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to allow or refuse the eKTextAI chat and the WhatsApp button. You can avoid the Google cookies above by not using the features that load them. Instead of a form, you can call +91 95350 41234 or email sales@marvelsoft.co.in.

Changes to this policy
If we add a service that sets cookies, such as website analytics, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
