What is the price of the software?
SchoolAdminCE is free for schools with up to 50 students. There is no charge for using the software.
If your school has more than 50 students, the price depends on whether you choose the offline version or the cloud-based online version. Current prices and plans are listed on the MarvelSoft eStore.

Can parents get a message after they pay fees?
Yes. This is built into the fee payment screen. Once a parent pays, SchoolAdminCE can send an SMS, an email, or both as confirmation.

How do I install and access SchoolAdminCE?
There are three ways to use it, and they work together.
- Offline, on your own computer. Install it on a PC or server in your school and open it in a browser (Firefox, Chrome or Safari). Remote access is possible with tools like UltraViewer, AnyDesk or Radmin VPN.
- Online, in the cloud. We host the software on our secure cloud server and you reach it from anywhere in a browser. This suits multi-campus schools and remote teams.
- On mobile. Parents and staff use the mobile app on Android, iPhone and tablets, or the web. The app works with both the online and the offline versions.
