Talking to parents
Parents get alerts about events, holidays, homework and exam schedules, and can see how their child is doing. They arrive at parent-teacher meetings already informed.
Fees without phone calls
The parent gets a confirmation the moment a fee is paid, and a reminder when a balance is due. Receipts carry your UPI QR code, so paying the balance is a scan away.
Absences known the same day
When attendance is marked, the parents of absent students get an SMS that day. Nobody in the office has to work through a list of numbers.
A parent app, even for offline schools
The parents module shows the dashboard, notice board, assignments, events, holidays and the student’s profile on mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop. It works even when the school runs the offline installation.

Cloud edition: SMS and email alerts and transactional emails need the Cloud Standard plan or above. WhatsApp, chat and video conferencing need the Premium plan. The parents module and marketing campaigns are paid additions on Premium. SMS, WhatsApp and chat usage is charged separately.

Can parents get a message after they pay fees?
Yes. This is built into the fee payment screen. Once a parent pays, SchoolAdminCE can send an SMS, an email, or both as confirmation.
