App notifications
Announcements, fee alerts, exam schedules and updates go directly to parents’ phones.
The school, in every parent’s pocket
Parents and staff follow the school day on Android, iPhone, tablet or the web. The app works with the cloud edition and, unusually, with the offline installation too.
What parents see
- Dashboard
- A summary screen that opens when the parent signs in.
- Notice board
- Announcements and circulars from the school, so nothing depends on a paper slip reaching home.
- Assignments
- Homework and assignments set for the class.
- Events
- Upcoming school events and exam schedules.
- Holidays
- The school’s holiday calendar.
- Fee alerts
- Reminders for dues and confirmation when a payment is received.
- Profile
- The student’s details as the school holds them.

How the school reaches parents
The app is one channel. SchoolAdminCE sends the same updates by whichever route parents actually read.
SMS and email
Absentee alerts every day, fee payment confirmations, and messages built from templates with each student’s details filled in.
Individual messages, birthday greetings and fee reminders sent through WhatsApp Web.
Parent login on your own school website
If your school website runs on WordPress, the SchoolAdminCE plugin adds a parents’ login to it. Parents sign in on your site and see the same dashboard, notice board, assignments, events and holidays.
Set up the school first, then invite parents
The parent app reads from your SchoolAdminCE installation. Download the free edition, enter a class, and see what parents will see.
